1. Receiving

Our receiving process begins with all pertinent data about your unit being entered
Into our custom database. The database then produces a report that displays the make,
Model, serial number why it’s here, who owns it and when it got here.
Please include our REPAIR FORM and any documentation concerning the unit If possible (Schematics, drawings, hook up information, manuals, etc)-It will speed up process and give you better price. 

 

2. Evaluation and Quotation
After receiving the unit and evaluation ENA Electronics will fax or E-mail quote to you.Normally you will receive our quote same day we receive unit

3. Repair
ENA Electronics will begin the repair cycle only after receiving written acknowledgement from you. Normally this takes the form of return fax of your quote with signature, a date and purchase order number. We will accept any format as long as the proper information is provided No work will be proceed without your prior approval or purchase order.

4. Cleaning and Final Testing

After repair process unit will be cleaned, adjusted and final tested We record the configuration and program including all options, switches and set ups which are worked on so that they can be returned as close as possible to the received state.(

5. Shipping

Finally your unit is properly prepared for shipping. Including in the packing information
Is completion report that details what was done to repair your unit .It is under warranty for one year according to our terms.
