Warranty

Standard Repairs and Reconditioned Units are warranted to be free from defect
under normal conditions for a period of twelve moths from date of shipment unless otherwise stated.

Before sending the item, contact ENA Electronics t determine if the item is within the warranty period and alert ENA Electronics of your warranty claim.
Please, provide us with as much details as you can what is the problem with the unit.

Important Warranty Policy:
Our warranty is void if failure or defect of the units has resulted from accident, abuse, catastrophic failure conditions, severe environmental exposure, misapplication, operation exceeding the rated capacities, negligence, contamination, improper calibration, storage or handling by customer,  unauthorized maintenance or repair or an act of God.

If the unit under warranty is not repairable we will give customer full credit for next repair or return the fees paid.
