Gearbox Repair

Repairs + Reconditions of All Makes + Manufacturers of Gearboxes

Gearbox Disassembly, Receiving + Evaluation

Gearbox Disassembly

All Gearboxes are always disassembled. This is to determine where any defects are or where the wear is located. We carefully remove all parts + thoroughly clean them to ensure your gearbox is returned in great condition.

Gearbox Mesh Testing

Gearbox Mesh Testing

Once we are inside your gearbox we check for wear + damage on the gears. We run through a series of mesh tests which makes sure there are no worn teeth + checks are made that the gears turn freely in the gearbox.

Gearbox Bearings + Seal Replacement

Gearbox Shaft Seals + Bearing Replacement

All moving parts wear over time as we know this is the case we replace all of the shaft seals, bearings + o-rings on the gearbox, regardless of original condition, making sure your repair is right first time.

Gearbox Bent Shaft Testing

Bent Shaft Testing

It is critical that the output shaft is not bent as, if it were, the connecting shaft could be seriously damaged. As this is the case we check each + every shaft using our custom shaft testing procedure.

Sealed Garbox Motor

Gearbox Torque Seals

Every gearbox is painted on the exterior. We do this so that you have complete assurance that we have done our work + no-one else has interfered with the gearbox. We then protect the shaft + the motor is sent for quality control.

Reconditioned Gearbox

Reconditioned Gearbox

The final reconditioned gearbox is sent to you - the customer. We stand behind our work + are confident that it will work first time - see your warranty page for more details.
